Tuesday SIGN-UP Trails!

Sign up for trail running and hiking at different locations every week so that participants can get to know the whole river valley and ravine trails, from East to West and North to South!
Run and Hike Clubs
Pack Options are available every Tuesday, stick to one group or try them all!

Run Packs will do best with trail shoes but road shoes will work too. No special gear required: Value Village works as well as North Face. Dress to move in nature.
  • RUN Level 1 - a casual run with walk breaks, lots of space for every pace.
  • RUN Level 1.5 - a quicker social pace on fun trails.
  • RUN Level 2 - intermediate run pace, not chasing, not following, just hanging in the middle.
  • RUN Adventure - fast run pace with elevation and exploration interspersed with good conversations while you catch your breath.

Hike Packs should be wearing trail shoes or hiking boots, leave casual shoes or sneakers at home. Packs are encouraged but not required. Dress to move in nature.
  • HIKE Level 1 - a casual hike pace with spicy chatter.
  • HIKE Level 1.5  - following the Level 2 group at an easier pace, this is a good group to increase fitness without going crazy.
  • HIKE Level 2 - a solid hike pace to get in miles with views.
  • HIKE Adventure - explore lesser known trails and add lots of elevation to get the heart pumping.

TUESDAY CLUB FAQs
  1. When are the Clubs?  Every Tuesday evening @ 6:30pm, rain snow or shine.
  2. What does the $20 monthly sign-up fee go toward?  Club fees go toward campfire costs and other club perks.  For those with health wellness accounts, you can get refunded for the activity depending on your organization's benefits policy.  If cost is a barrier, simply choose the "guest" option when signing up and put "Fee Waiver Request" in the comments box.  No proof of need required.
  3. Do I have to sign up for the whole month?  You can sign up for weekly sessions at $6 each, and you can bring a guest for free!
  4. What if I'm signed up for the month and I miss a week?  Show up whenever you want.  We've kept the costs as reasonable as possible so that you can be flexible.  This is your activity, do what works for you.
  5. What if I want to bring someone who's never been to ETC?  Every monthly club participant may bring a friend for free to try out the club.  You can invite as many friends as you want, one free session per friend.
  6. Can I attend different packs?  Yes, you can hike or run with any pack on any given week.  All packs meet at the same location and time every week.
  7. Can my kids attend?  Yes!  This is a family friendly club!  We already have a couple youth signed up.  Youth are $10 per month, kids under 12 are free.  Children under 12 must be accompanied at the Club by a parent or caregiver.
